Overview
In this role you will bridge sales and marketing to drive channel growth through targeted engagement with partners and customers. You will support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring marketing plans align with account budgets and drive sell-out in the specific channel. You’ll manage campaigns, events, and B2B initiatives while leveraging market insights to close gaps between plans and results. This role requires Milan presence and offers an opportunity to shape Total Imaging Experience through integrated marketing activities.

Responsabilità
- Engage partners and customers across channels and collaborate with the sales team
- Act as the bridge between sales and marketing to align account plans with business results
- Reinforce strategic partner relationships through engagement initiatives and storytelling
- Plan and execute channel marketing activities using checklists for excellent execution
- Implement promotional campaigns (assets, comms plan, materials) and generate related reports
- Support marketing initiatives for B2B partners (Media Corporate, Education, Government, Industrial)
- Define, manage, and monitor the marketing budget for account plans and trade marketing
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in Field Specialist, Brand Expert, Brand Ambassador, or Territory Sales role
- Proven training delivery and business management experience
- Ability to monitor sell-in/sell-out performance in retail and collect market insights
- Experience executing trade marketing activities including visual merchandising and POP materials
- Experience supporting events and promotional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to be based in or near Milan
