  • General Description Of The Role
  • This role is part of the

Global FP&A Supply Chain organization , acting as a strategic finance leader across regions and global operations . It combines:

  • Regional FP&A leadership for EMEA and APAC Supply Chain
  • Global coordination and consolidation of Manufacturing financials

The mission is to

  • Ensure end-to-end visibility of Supply Chain financial performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive alignment between regional execution and global financial strategy
  • Act as a key finance partner to Global Supply Chain leadership, enabling decision-making on cost optimization, investments, and operational transformation
  • Ensure full end-to-end financial governance of Supply Chain economics, including cost controlling, inventory management, and capital allocation.

In this role he/she acts as Finance Business Partner to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering and other GSC function heads (R&D, Quality, HSE …) as well as to the EMEA Regional head of Supply Chian and APAC Regional head of Supply Chain.

This role manages a team of 27 headcounts located across Europe and Asia Pacific Region, supervising 7 Productive Legal Entities (Italy, France (3), UK, Greece, Martinique) where all the SC flows are in place (Manufacturing & Engineering, Logistics) and 8 Non-Productive Legal Entities (Spain, South Africa, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Ukraine and Russia) which, after an organizational review, have been recently included in SC perimeter focusing mainly on local Logistic flows

  • Mission/Objectives
  • Lead FP&A for Supply Chain across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring consistency in planning, reporting, and performance management
  • Coordinate and consolidate Global Manufacturing financials focusing on cost performance and productivity
  • Act as finance business partner to Global Supply Chain leadership, supporting strategic decisions and long-term value creation
  • Drive adoption of standard FP&A models, processes, and tools across regions and functions
  • Ensure high-quality, timely, and actionable financial insight at Group level
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering, R&D, Innovation, Quality and HSE at global level to develop strategies, guarantee a deep understanding of financials, analyze performance, risks and opportunities in the manufacturing area
  • Ensure internal communication, information and reporting re.

Manufacturing & Engineering operations and financials to internal stakeholders (Group FP&A, IFRS Consolidated Financial Reporting, IR & CF, Global Planning, Procurement…)

Key Responsibilities And Activities

  • Regional FP&A Leadership (EMEA & APAC)
  • Lead planning cycles (Budget, Rolling Forecasts, Long-Term Plan) and costing sign-off
  • Oversee monthly performance reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
  • Ensure full visibility on COGS, logistics, and inventory performance
  • Act as trusted advisor to Regional SC Leads across Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning
  • Drive cost controlling and cost optimization initiatives across regions, challenging cost structures and identifying efficiency levers
  • Ensure robust inventory management control, including stock valuation, slow-moving/obsolete inventory monitoring, and working capital optimization
  • Validate and challenge standard costs, actual production costs, and variances in collaboration with plants and regional teams
  • Support end-to-end cost visibility from production to distribution
  • Global Manufacturing Coordination & Consolidation
  • Own the consolidation and reporting of Manufacturing & Engineering P&L, and productivity initiatives
  • Coordinate regional inputs to ensure consistency of assumptions, KPIs, and financial methodologies
  • Ensure alignment between plant-level performance and global strategic targets
  • Oversee product costing frameworks, ensuring alignment between local costing practices and Group standards
  • Ensure consistency in inventory valuation, and profit-in-stock mechanics
  • Drive financial governance on manufacturing productivity programs (OEE, yield, waste, efficiency)
  • Support evaluation of make-or-buy decisions, footprint changes, and capacity investments
  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support
  • Partner with Global Head of Manufacturing & Engineering and SC leadership teams
  • Provide financial insights to support: Strategic initiatives and transformation program

• Active support

  • Network optimization and footprint decisions
  • Logistics optimization (transport, warehousing, service vs. cost trade-offs)
  • Translate operational drivers into financial impact (COGS, margin, cash)
  • Support ROI evaluation and post-investment reviews for key SC initiatives
  • FP&A Governance, Processes & Transformation
  • Ensure consistency of planning, reporting, and controlling models across regions
  • Drive continuous improvement of tools, systems, and data quality
  • Support integration/dismissal of entities and alignment to Group FP&A standards
  • Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives
  • Support deployment of integrated business planning (IBP) and supply-finance alignment
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a distributed FP&A team across regions
  • Provide functional leadership to regional and plant-level Manufacturing FP&A community

Experience & Education & Skills

  • 10+ years of FP&A / Controlling experience in multinational manufacturing preferably in FMCG and beverage industries
  • Strong background in Supply Chain Finance and industrial controlling
  • Proven experience in matrix organizations and cross-regional roles
  • Experience with costing and performance analysis
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering
  • International working experience

  • Strong expertise in planning, reporting, and financial modeling
  • Deep understanding of COGS, inventory, Capex, and supply chain
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

Compensation and grading The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within €105,000.00 - €135,000.00 + 20% STI, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.

The role is classified in accordance with the CCNL Dirigenti Industria collective labor agreement – Dirigente level.

The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.
