In this role you will plan, coordinate, and integrate PSYOP activities to support operational and strategic goals. You will develop messaging concepts through behavioral science and audience analysis, and align influence efforts with campaign intent. You’ll work with interagency partners and cross-domain teams to synchronize PSYOP with broader effects, delivering ready-to-execute plans. Your work supports senior decision-makers and informs refinement of campaigns, contributing to national security objectives. Responsabilità

  • Plan, coordinate and integrate PSYOP activities to support operational and strategic objectives
  • Develop PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis
  • Coordinate PSYOP planning with interagency, allies, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors
  • Integrate PSYOP with OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects for synchronized outcomes
  • Support media campaign planning by aligning messaging and targeting with strategic communications
  • Leverage government and commercial analytic platforms to support PSYOP planning and assessment
  • Define influence indicators and evaluate audience response to inform plan refinements
  • Advise leaders on PSYOP risks and effects to ensure cultural, legal, and operational soundness
  • Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers on concepts, plans, and policies

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
  • 3-10 years’ experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and/or executing PSYOP
  • 5 years demonstrated experience in military planning processes (JPP, military decision-making, targeting, or campaign planning)
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, Military Science, or related field)
  • Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level decision makers
  • Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems
