About Builder Lead Converter

Builder Lead Converter helps home builders improve lead generation, Sales follow-up, customer engagement, and business growth through proven Marketing systems, technology, and training.

We are growing quickly and looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and consistent execution to our Sales and Marketing efforts.

This is not a role for someone who wants to personally handle every Marketing task or focus only on closing Sales.

We need a strong manager who can turn ideas into clear plans, coordinate people and priorities, track results, and keep important initiatives moving forward.

This role oversees both Builder Lead Converter's internal sales and marketing execution and the delivery of client-facing marketing services.

The manager will ensure internal growth initiatives and client campaigns have clear priorities, owners, timelines, handoffs, performance visibility, and accountability.

The Visionary will continue to own market direction, strategic partnerships, webinars, major opportunities, and high-level sales vision.

Marketing specialists will continue to own technical and channel execution.

This role will own the planning, coordination, management, accountability, and execution system connecting those areas.

The right person will be proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial company where everyone takes ownership and contributes to growth.

This position reports to the Integrator and works closely with the Visionary, Leadership Team, Account Management, Client Operations, and Marketing specialists.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage our remote Marketing team.
  • Turn company goals into clear quarterly Sales and Marketing priorities.
  • Build and maintain a rolling 90-day calendar for campaigns, webinars, content, partnerships, offers, and launches.
  • Assign responsibilities, deadlines, and priorities across the team.
  • Run weekly meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and accountability follow-ups.
  • Coordinate campaign launches and make sure all messaging, creative assets, landing pages, follow-up, and tracking are ready.
  • Oversee the operating cadence and delivery visibility for client-facing marketing services.
  • Ensure client campaigns have clear priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, tracking, and follow-through.
  • Work with Account Management to identify client risks, missed commitments, capacity issues, performance concerns, and delivery blockers.
  • Improve consistency, accountability, quality, and communication across internal and client-facing marketing work.
  • Maintain visibility into Marketing team capacity and ensure internal initiatives and client deliverables are prioritized appropriately.
  • Connect Marketing activity to leads, lead sources, MQLs, SQLs, first appointments, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue.

Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline, lead follow-up, appointments, opportunities, conversion performance, and revenue forecast.

  • Ensure Sales has the messaging, assets, offers, landing pages, nurture, follow-up processes, and reporting needed to convert demand.
  • Initially coordinate sales follow-up and accountability, and help establish the operating structure for future Sales hires.
  • Maintain simple scorecards and reports that show what is working and where improvement is needed.
  • Coordinate with leadership, Account Managers, Client Operations, Marketing specialists, future Sales hires, and other delivery teams to ensure both BLC initiatives and client-facing marketing work are executed consistently.
  • Identify roadblocks early and help the team solve them.
  • Improve workflows, documentation, communication, and follow-through.
  • Bring recommendations and solutions, not just problems.
  • Make sure projects are completed accurately, on time, and at a high standard.
  • Partner with Client Operations to ensure client-facing marketing work is properly scoped, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and delivered.

As the Client Operations function develops, this role will retain ownership of marketing team execution, capacity, quality, and performance, while Client Operations supports the broader client-delivery workflow and cross-functional coordination.

  • Success in This Role
  • The Sales and Marketing teams have clear quarterly priorities, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
  • BLC campaigns, webinars, offers, partnerships, and launches are planned and executed consistently.
  • Client-facing Marketing work has clear ownership, capacity visibility, deadlines, and accountability.
  • Leadership has reliable visibility into Marketing performance, the sales funnel, client-delivery risks, and revenue opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing operate as one connected commercial system.
  • Weekly meetings, scorecards, and accountability follow-ups result in clear decisions and completed actions.
  • Marketing specialists have clear direction without unnecessary micromanagement.
  • Problems, risks, and missed commitments are identified early and resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Experience managing a Marketing, Sales and Marketing, growth, demand generation, or similar commercial team.
  • Direct experience leading remote employees, contractors, or specialists.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales and Marketing funnel.
  • Ability to connect Marketing activity to measurable business results.
  • Experience building calendars, workflows, scorecards, project plans, or accountability systems.
  • Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage specialists without needing to perform every technical task yourself.
  • Confidence holding team members accountable and addressing missed commitments.
  • Experience working with founders, executives, or entrepreneurial leadership teams.
  • Experience coordinating Marketing delivery across Account Management, Client Operations, Sales, and specialist teams.
  • Ability to balance internal growth priorities with client-facing delivery commitments and team capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A practical, hands-on leadership style.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership without waiting for complete instructions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving company where priorities may change as the business grows.
  • Helpful Experience
  • Experience with a Marketing agency, professional services company, technology-enabled business, or homebuilding industry.
  • Familiarity with High Level CRM software (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and Jira project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, social media, email Marketing, content, landing pages, and Marketing automation.
  • Experience supporting webinars, partnerships, Sales enablement, lead follow-up, or service launches.
  • Familiarity with EOS, including the relationship between a Visionary and Integrator.
  • Experience overseeing client-facing Marketing delivery in an agency, professional services company, or recurring-service business.
  • Experience managing team capacity, delivery risks, client commitments, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Experience working with Account Management or Client Operations teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Ninety, or similar project and accountability systems.

You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in every Marketing channel.

We care more about your ability to lead people, organize execution, understand the funnel, and turn plans into measurable results.

You will not be expected to personally execute every campaign, manage every client conversation, or close every Sales opportunity.

You will be accountable for ensuring the right people have clear priorities, resources, ownership, visibility, and follow-through.

  • You May Be a Great Fit If You
  • Enjoy building structure in a growing company.
  • Take initiative and move work forward.
  • Are comfortable wearing more than one hat.
  • Prefer practical action over unnecessary complexity.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Communicate openly and follow through consistently.
  • See problems as opportunities to improve the system.
  • Want to help build something rather than simply maintain it.

What We Offer

  • Salary of $2,800-$3,500 per month, based on experience.
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Paid time off and floating holidays.
  • Full-time remote work.
  • Monday-Friday schedule, generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time, with possible flexibility based on location.
  • Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.
  • A collaborative team and direct access to company leadership.
  • The opportunity to make a visible impact in a growing company.
  • Our Hiring Process

Qualified candidates may be invited to complete interviews, assessments, practical exercises, work samples, and professional reference checks.

Please be prepared to discuss the remote teams you have managed, how you organize quarterly priorities, how you track the Sales and Marketing funnel, how you oversee client-facing delivery, and how you keep cross-functional projects moving when priorities, capacity, and deadlines compete. .
