Overview
In this role you act as a strategic technical consultant bridging engineering requirements and business solutions within our global sales team. You lead advanced hydraulic design, control integration, and simulations for OEMs, shaping scalable, high‑impact solutions. You collaborate with R&D to influence product roadmap and drive time‑to‑market. You will mentor others and represent the company at international exhibitions, contributing to our leadership in mobile hydraulics.

Responsabilità
- Oversee and validate system design requests to ensure alignment with machine applications and business goals
- Design advanced hydraulic circuits and electro-hydraulic control interfaces with OEM architectures
- Lead circuit and system simulation activities to validate solutions and reduce risks and time-to-market
- Collaborate with R&D for new product development and strategic market insights
- Provide high-level technical support and coordinate urgent field interventions
- Manage full lifecycle of complex custom projects including budget, timeline, and risk
- Build and consolidate technical relationships with decision-makers at major OEMs
- Develop technology packages for dedicated vertical markets in line with global strategies
- Mentor junior team members and lead customer tech days and representation at events
- Support product and factory audits to maintain high quality and regulatory standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related)
- 7-10+ years of hydraulic systems experience in mobile equipment
- Mastery of hydraulic valves and integrated manifold systems
- Strong knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems for mobile machinery
- Proficiency in electronics and Fieldbus (e.g., CAN-bus)
- Commercial experience in technical sales or a related business context
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
- Proficient in English and Italian (speaking and writing)
