Group Legal Trainee
We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Legal team in Bolton Group based in Milan.
How you make the difference
This position is important for Bolton because the Legal Trainee supports the legal team in standardizing national and international agreements, reviewing marketing materials and contributing to legal trainings and operations. The expected outcome is to enhance legal efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business functions with reliable and structured legal input.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
The role’s main responsibilities will be to collaborate with and work on projects concerning:
- Standardization of agreements both at national and international level;
- Review of marketing materials (such claims and marketing campaigns);
- IP matters;
- Creation of training materials for the trainings managed by the legal department;
- Implementation of legal operations activities.
Your Team
You’ll directly report to our Chief Legal, Risk and Compliance Officer.
The role does not include direct reports.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Graduation degree in Law;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn;
- High energy and a positive and proactive attitude;
- Perfectly fluent in Italian & English;
- Tech savviness is considered as a plus.
What’s In For You
- Internship Allowance: €900 gross per month
- Work Location: Milan, Italy
- Contract Type: Internship (Curricular or Extra-Curricular, 6 months)
- Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
