THE INTERNSHIP

This is more than an internship: it’s an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Finance function in a leading international pharmaceutical company.

Tasks & what you will be learning:

• Hands-on experience across a variety of Finance processes, including investment (CAPEX) management, tax-related activities, account reconciliations and period-end closing activities




• Gain practical experience in Financial Accounting & Controlling, while broadening your understanding of the wider Finance organization and its business partnering activities




• Access to our Finance Academy and professional development tools, including the language learning platform




• A chance to build strong internal networks and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering




• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus




• Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English




• Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills




• An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs




• A proactive attitude towards finding and proposing solutions for challenges and changes
