Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager__Your role and responsibilitiesYou will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.Work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite.In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Defining inventory policies based on specified and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.Qualifications for the roleKnowledge of SAP is nice to have.You are available for flexible working hours, rotating shifts, and business travel.Degree in management engineering.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Compensation PackageAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:Applicable CBA: MetalmeccanicoMinimum annual salary: € 33.000,00Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity BonusThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.Benefits as per policyFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration and Wellbeing support for employees and their families.
