Overview
In this role you will drive supply chain efficiency and service performance by analyzing orders, availability, and KPIs, working closely with customers and internal teams. You will translate needs into scalable solutions and help implement new tools and ways of working. You will partner with Sales, Planning and Logistics to execute customer-centric initiatives and monitor key delivery metrics. This position offers opportunities to shape processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement at Beiersdorf.

Responsabilità
- Understand and optimize customer service and supply chain processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
- Analyze orders, product availability, service performance, and operations; implement corrective actions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers as a trusted business partner.
- Monitor KPIs (Service Level, On Time Delivery, distribution costs, customer KPIs) and drive improvement actions.
- Coordinate logistics information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into efficient, scalable solutions and adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics and other teams to execute customer-centric initiatives.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain department of an FMCG company
- Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Strong Microsoft skills (Microsoft Office - Microsoft 365 – Power BI)
