Overview
In this role you ensure governance and execution of intra-group service processes, delivering accurate and timely recharges for Legal Entities. You will manage end-to-end data collection, validation and consolidation for intercompany allocations, and maintain cost models aligned with drivers and transfer pricing. You will ensure compliance with group policies, audit requirements, and coherent integration with budgeting, actuals and statutory reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and drive process efficiency in a complex, international environment.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate activities to ensure timely and accurate intra-group service calculations and recharges
- Lead data collection, validation and consolidation for service allocations across Corporate Functions, Shared Services and Legal Entities
- Maintain service allocation models, charging methodologies and allocation keys with traceability to drivers
- Govern and update Group Services Catalogue and Intercompany Service Agreements
- Ensure data quality and integrity with controls, investigate anomalies and drive corrective actions
- Produce and reconcile the Intercompany Services Matrix (IGS Matrix) in line with deadlines
- Support transfer pricing compliance with documentation and governance
- Assist audit activities with analyses, reconciliations and process documentation
- Ensure integration of intercompany recharges into Actual, Budget and Forecast processes
- Collaborate with Accounting, Tax and Consolidation to align management, statutory and tax reporting
- Support intercompany reconciliation and elimination, resolving discrepancies across entities
- Drive continuous improvement of intra-group service processes and end-to-end integration
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years in Administration, Finance or Intercompany Management
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Fluent English and Italian
- Strong understanding of financial statements and intercompany accounting
- Experience in cost allocation, recharge models and planning/actual processes
- Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Tagetik, EPM tools or similar financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis
- Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy
- Ability to manage complex processes and large data sets
