• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Plant's
• Health, Safety, Environment and Energy (HSEE) and

Fire Protection management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and Company policies.

Promote a strong prevention culture through monitoring, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Plant HSEE Management Systems in accordance with

ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, monitoring related KPIs and ensuring ongoing compliance.

• Act as an HSEE reference point for the Plant, collaborating with all functions to promote compliance with HSEE requirements and Company standards.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HSEE audits (internal, certification, and third-party audits), managing relationships with auditors and coordinating the involvement of Plant functions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the environmental risk assessment and control system, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the

Integrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) and updating assessments following changes to plants, equipment, or processes.

• Support incident investigations, including occupational injuries, fire incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support the implementation and management of fire prevention systems and emergency preparedness activities.
• Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of HSEE procedures related to manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• Support the implementation and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance.
• Support the implementation and management of HSEE procedures related to machinery and equipment, contributing to risk assessments and the definition of preventive and protective measures for operation, maintenance, and revamping activities.
• Support the management of occupational health surveillance activities in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician, ensuring compliance with the health monitoring program.
• Promote a strong HSEE culture by supporting the delivery of training, awareness, and communication initiatives based on competency assessments and identified development needs.

Requirements

• ASPP or RSPP qualification (or equivalent Health & Safety certification required by local legislation).
• Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of

ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems is considered an advantage.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT applications.
• Strong interest in Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy topics.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 33.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
• The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
