Overview
In this role you drive on-time material delivery for gas turbine flow business, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure availability, quality, and continuous improvement. You lead supplier performance, support procurement initiatives, and play a key part in shaping the supplier strategy to meet business goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize logistics, execution, and risk management, delivering value to energy operations at scale. This is a strategic, hands-on role with tangible impact on delivery, cost, and supplier capability.

Responsabilità
- Manage delivery of materials from assigned suppliers and coordinate logistics until receipt
- Ensure material availability by collaborating with Material Management, Manufacturing, and Global Supplier Execution Process Excellence
- Work with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery for all documentation and materials
- Provide regular feedback on supplier performance to refine strategy and ensure alignment with Gas Turbine flow business
- Partner with Quality to support supplier surveillance and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Logistics to optimize transportation plans and reduce costs
- Support vendor recovery negotiations and accounts payable resolution on invoices
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial
- Strong leadership, execution and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new products and commodities
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with emphasis on partnership and inclusion
- Resilience in a high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with suppliers and internal teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (regional and international)
- Fluency in Italian and English; EU passport
- Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP Systems
