Overview
In this role you drive strategic supplier management and material execution for the Gas Turbine Flow business. You partner with Procurement, Engineering and Quality to shape commodity strategy and implement Lean, Digital and AI-enabled improvements. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time, quality delivery and bolster supplier performance and risk mitigation. This position offers impact across global supply chains and an opportunity to shape continuous improvement in a pioneering energy technology company.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute commodity strategy and supplier qualification plans
- Improve material execution with Lean & Digital methods and capability/capacity assessments
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Quality to implement risk mitigation and flawless execution
- Lead strategic improvement initiatives for gas turbine flow ramp-up, including AI and digital tooling
- Coordinate with Global Supplier Execution to standardize practices across regions
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement roadmaps with Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives
- Gather Design for Manufacturing ideas from suppliers and assess feasibility with Quality and Engineering
- Participate in cross-functional Action Work Out (AWO) to enhance supplier performance and material availability
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or Commercial
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-influence abilities
- Ability to rapidly learn new products and manage multiple priorities
- Partnership-focused, proactive, inclusive and innovative mindset
- Stress resilience and effective workload management in complex environments
- Autonomous, proactive problem-solver with analytical approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Oil and gas knowledge preferred
