Overview
In this role, you will own the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for core products, focusing on impeller production and welding. You will solve complex technical problems on the production line, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive digital and process capabilities. You’ll contribute to safety, quality, and cost improvements while supporting new product development and energy solutions in a global, matrix environment. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity in cutting-edge turbomachinery manufacturing.

Responsabilità
- Lead development and qualification of new welding processes and their automation
- Improve processes, equipment, and shop routings with a risk-based approach to safety and quality
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement technical improvements
- Support New Product Development and New Energy Solution projects at the Turbomachinery level
- Incorporate digital transformation and advanced process capabilities into manufacturing
- Control direct labor costs and support commercial offers with cost definitions
- Solve manufacturing issues and identify root causes to implement efficient solutions
- Oversee process improvements across the manufacturing cell for CC Rotors impellers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or equivalent technical background with manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of welding technologies, especially Laser Welding, and robotics integration
- Basic machining knowledge
- Basic understanding of turbomachinery components with focus on CC Rotors
- Health, Safety and Environmental awareness
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a global matrix
- Fluency in Italian; basic English; EU work permit
- Strong communication, leadership, and independent working style
