Overview
In this role you ensure the highest HSE standards across logistics, transport, warehousing and material handling on multiple sites. You act as the HSE focal point for operations, driving regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and continuous improvement while nurturing a strong safety culture with partners. You will support audits, contractor management, and environmental initiatives, aligning with company goals for safe and efficient operations. Responsabilità
- Ensure compliance with Company HSE policies and international regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA, road/sea freight)
- Support implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System for logistics/transport activities
- Apply risk management processes (DVR, Risk Assessments, HAZID, task risk analysis) to logistics, lifting, and warehousing
- Act as HSE focal point during internal/ external audits and inspections
- Provide HSE support to warehousing, material handling, packaging, load securing, multimodal transport and project cargo
- Perform regular site inspections across warehouses and transport operations
- Support HSE qualification, onboarding, and monitoring of logistics contractors and suppliers
- Promote HSE culture with external partners
- Lead or support incident, near-miss, unsafe condition reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Promote Safe to Start, Stop Work Authority and safety leadership initiatives
- Contribute to environmental management activities (waste, packaging, spill prevention, emissions reduction)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid experience in HSE roles within logistics, transportation, warehousing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE risk management processes (DVR, RA) and contractor management
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain risks
- Good knowledge of Italian OHS and Environmental framework (RSPP qualification is a strong advantage)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Availability to work across multiple sites and environments
