Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €31,000 and €35,000, commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the ‘CCNL Commercio e Terziario’ (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the practice Saiborg, where we design and deliver innovative Cloud-based solutions, including tailored web and mobile applications, for enterprise clients.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting business and user requirements for new implementations and change requests.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams involved in the delivery of Cloud, web, and mobile solutions.
  • Managing project planning, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Organizing and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Managing project-related administrative activities in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team.

Required Skills🛹

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or Technical Team Leader in IT projects, preferably involving web and/or mobile solutions.
  • At least 3 years of overall professional experience, including previous roles as a Functional or Technical Analyst.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, manage customer expectations, and coordinate project delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).

Preferred Skills

  • PMI certification and/or Scrum/Agile certifications.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
  • Good understanding of software engineering, programming, solution architecture, or broader IT technologies.
