Global Mobility Assistant (Categorie Protette ex art.1)
AVENTA is currently recruiting a Global Mobility & Compliance specialist on behalf of a leading international player in the Offshore and Marine energy sector. Based in Milan, this role plays a key part in organizing the international deployment of technical staff and ensuring every operational mission runs smoothly.
The person hired will oversee the full personnel mobilization cycle, from planning to completion, making sure every international assignment fully complies with safety regulations, visa requirements, and corporate travel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end travel logistics — flights, visas, lodging, and ground transport — for offshore crews and personnel stationed at remote sites.
- Expense Administration: Review and process travel expense claims, allocating costs correctly to the relevant projects alongside the finance team.
- On-Assignment Support: Act as the go-to contact for deployed staff, handling last-minute logistics changes and resolving travel-related issues as they arise.
- Documentation Management: Keep personnel files, contract end-dates, and work permits current in the company database.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a well-organized professional who thrives under pressure and juggles competing priorities with ease.
- Experience: Prior experience in travel administration, logistics coordination, or project support—preferably gained in Oil & Gas, Marine, or similarly demanding industrial environments.
- Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written), needed to communicate daily with international stakeholders and handle documentation.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with ERP platforms or travel-booking software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: A meticulous eye for detail, initiative, and composure when tackling complex logistical hurdles.
Employment Terms
- Location: Office based in Milan.
- Work Model: Hybrid setup —3 in-office days each week, remote for the rest.
- Contract: Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with good prospects for renewal or conversion to permanent.
- The gross salary range is €25,000 – €30,000, in line with EU Pay Transparency requirements.
