Overview
In this role you drive organizational change within large-scale transformation programs by aligning people, processes and technology. You shape change strategies and roadmaps with clients to deliver adoption and value from digital workplace initiatives. You will lead or coordinate workstreams and support transformation offices, coaching sponsors and teams on messaging and behaviour. Responsabilità
- Help clients shape transformation plans and roadmaps for change
- Provide hands-on program and change management capabilities on large-scale transformations
- Lead or coordinate relevant workstreams
- Set vision, culture, and momentum for change within the business
- Support design, implementation and management of transformation offices and infrastructure
- Articulate a compelling case for change and coach sponsors on messaging and behaviour
- Design and deliver change initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills
