As a Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, transforming concepts into prototypes and supporting the journey to full-scale industrialization.
If you will join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the R&D Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective R&D organization.
What will you be responsible for as Design Engineer?
Support the entire development process —from component design to full machine validation.
- Create technical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing .
- Collaborate closely with the Project Team , applying your technical leadership to bring innovative technologies from concept to product.
- Focus on maximizing customer value while minimizing waste.
- Work alongside the R&D Engineering Team Leader , Project Leader , and Test Engineer to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
What do we expect from you?
- A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering .
3–5 years of experience in design and process manufacturing, ideally in an industrial design environment.
- Strong skills in CAD design , mechanical parts calculation , and BOM management .
- A keen eye for detail and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
