Overview
In this role, you will help maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet customer and regulatory requirements. You’ll act as the main quality liaison for Italian-market customers, driving issue resolution and process improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold high quality standards and support audits and CAPA initiatives. The position blends analytical problem-solving with collaboration to sustain customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsabilità
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the QMS in line with customer requirements and standards
- Maintain QA system data and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and industry standards
- Monitor QMS effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for quality issues and inquiries
- Lead structured problem-solving activities including RCA and 8D investigations
- Drive the implementation and verification of CAPA actions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Conduct fault trend analysis to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Apply quality tools to improve process effectiveness and participate in CI initiatives
- Analyze operational processes and propose quality and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and DC teams to support objectives
- Provide quality expertise during customer engagement and onboarding
- Develop, monitor, and report on quality metrics and KPIs
- Prepare quality reports and present trends and recommendations to management
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality performance data
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Engineering/QA
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS
- Experience leading customer-facing quality investigations and corrective actions
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- High organizational skills and ability to multitask
