Overview

In this role you lead the Digital Factory program across Ariston Group, shaping the strategy, governance and rollout of manufacturing platforms. You align ICT solutions with manufacturing needs to enable scalable, standardized operations across plants. You collaborate with business and site stakeholders to drive performance, security and IT/OT integration. Responsabilità

  • Own the evolution, governance and lifecycle of Digital Factory systems across plants
  • Drive standardization of manufacturing applications and processes at Group level
  • Define and steer the technology roadmap for manufacturing platforms, ensuring architectural and security consistency
  • Contribute to governance and service model evolution for factory systems
  • Oversee rollout of the Digital Factory model for scalable deployments
  • Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives as program owner, coordinating internal teams and external partners
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs with delivery, quality, cost control and risk management
  • Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing to prioritize demand across plants
  • Interface with Business Process Owners, plant stakeholders and global ICT teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
  • Ensure service continuity, performance and reliability with internal and external providers

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related Manufacturing/Supply Chain field
  • Solid experience in ICT Manufacturing/Digital Factory environments, ideally multinational
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations processes (manufacturing, planning, logistics, quality) with exposure to Lean/WCM
  • Proven experience with MES/MOM platforms and IT/OT integration (ISA-95, industrial architectures)
  • Good knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructure and security architectures
  • Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage stakeholders in international environments
  • Strong leadership, ownership mindset and change management ability
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
