Overview
As Plant Quality Control Manager, you safeguard product and process conformity across the manufacturing flow, leading continuous improvement of the plant quality system. You will drive governance, audits, and robust controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost customer satisfaction and quality performance. You’ll lead a quality team, support new products and footprint transitions, and leverage data and digital tools to enable early warning and stable operations. This role anchors Marche’s advanced manufacturing ecosystem and quality culture.

Responsabilità
- Ensure the plant quality management system aligns with Group standards and drives continuous improvement
- Plan and coordinate internal/process audits and external certifications with timely action closure
- Maintain quality procedures, control plans, standards and records with clear ownership
- Report on quality performance, risks, priorities, and resource needs
- Oversee incoming to final inspection and product release with SPC and testing
- Lead NPI/ECN quality workstreams and validation plans for new equipment/processes
- Coordinate WCM quality pillar activities and KPI reviews
- Develop and coach the plant quality team toward proactive quality culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- 7–10 years in plant/manufacturing quality or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SPC and product testing
- Advanced problem solving, root-cause analysis, PFMEA/ DFMEA
- Understanding of Six Sigma; Black Belt an advantage
- Experience with World Class Manufacturing quality principles
- Knowledge of metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, and related production processes is advantageous
- Fluent in Italian; professional English proficiency
