The Role:
Reporting to the Group Industrial Controlling Director, the Corporate Controller will help to deliver world-class expertise, providing a solid financial supervision of the Global footprint.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the project of implementation of the new Controlling Model (Product Costs, Capex and Stock) coherently with Corporate requirements, which includes a process re-design (SAP upgrade and new EPM design and implementation)
- Enhance the current reporting model to allow quicker analysis of the performance
- Budget, Forecast and Plans preparation, which includes the capability to identify trends and challenge the figures
- Delivery of solid variance analysis, providing Business and Finance stakeholders with adequate information to put in place actions to improve P&L and cash flow performance
- Business Case implementation and Make versus Buy analysis
- Business partnership with Corporate and local leaders, providing guidance on financials and follow-ups on actions undertaken to assess the effectiveness on P&L
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Economics or Engineering
- Solid track record (8 years) in Corporate & Industrial Controlling within multinational companies combined with strong, hands‑on expertise in managing large amounts of data and financial modeling
- Enthusiastic professional with a strong capability to read and understand information, data and trends to facilitate decision making process
- Experience in environments which have experienced recent transformation is considered a plus
- Strong management of deadlines and conflicting agendas
- Positive attitude and team working
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Curious mindset and eager to learn

Salary range: €65.000 - €75.000 gross per year
Variable pay: Eligible for MBO
