Overview
In this role you will lead and contribute to sustainability projects from pursuit to delivery, guiding clients on certifications and decarbonization initiatives. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to develop strategies, analyze energy and emissions data, and drive compliance with standards like LEED, BREEAM, SBTi, and EU Taxonomy. You’ll present findings, run workshops, and help clients implement sustainable solutions with measurable impact. This position blends technical depth with client-facing leadership in a global sustainability practice.
Responsabilità
- Collaborate with team lead to manage projects from pursuit to delivery
- Lead project teams on sustainability assessments and building certifications
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans
- Analyze energy, waste, water, and emissions data
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Lead workshops and training on sustainability topics
- Lead certification activities (BREEAM & LEED) and decarbonization projects (SBTi, LCA, CRREM) and EU Taxonomy compliance
- Lead projects during design and construction stage
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for due diligence and design assessments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5-6 years of experience in sustainability consulting
- Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
- At least one AP Sustainability credential
- Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level)
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED AP, BREEAM AP, WELL AP)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Project management experience is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations and standards
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Willingness to travel nationally/internationally
