Overview
In this role, you will manage building contracts end-to-end on-site across Milan-area projects, ensuring quality, progress and contractual alignment with the contractor. You will provide contract support on changes, risks, and cost impacts, and assist with final accounts and liaising on claims closeout. You will advise on client liability and support proceedings when needed, while maintaining clear document management accessed by all stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliant, efficient project outcomes, with frequent on-site presence and domestic travel.

Responsabilità
- Manage the entirety of Building Contracts from initiation to closeout
- Visit sites regularly to review progress and quality with Contractors and other trades
- Provide contractual support on change orders, cost impacts, risks, and utility requirements
- Advise on client liability regarding contractor claims (preliminary)
- Discuss and authorise adjusted contract sums with the client
- Coordinate and track closeout of claims with project team
- Analyse contractor losses and expenses claims
- Advise on entitlement to extensions of time; analyse applications for extensions
- Prepare documentation/support for adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation
- Oversee document management for relevant correspondence and documents
- Report on activity related to role and discipline; attend weekly/monthly meetings
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles or international companies
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (B2/C1)
- Fidic Contract knowledge is a must
- Engineering degree is a strong plus
- Experience in the Data Center sector is a strong plus
- Ability to travel autonomously; available to travel domestically ~80%
- Strong oral and written communication skills
