Overview
As Contract Administrator at Arcadis, you will support complex construction projects within an international team. You will help manage the contract lifecycle, including change orders, notices, and close-outs, ensuring alignment with schedules and master agreements. You’ll work closely with project teams to mitigate risks, inform on contract specifics, and enable timely decisions. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects in a global leader focused on sustainable design and engineering.
Responsabilità
- Attend weekly change triage meetings to provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders
- Prepare change order contract documents aligned with supplier master agreements and PSR, and submit for processing
- Track execution and inform project team upon completion of change orders
- Close out provisional change orders with project team
- Close-out claims in collaboration with project team
- Advise and draft formal notices with input from project team
- Track contractual milestones and update contracts to align with project schedule
- Inform project team of executed contracts and highlight gaps or important specifics (OFCI vs CFCI)
- Ensure correct use of Contract Management tools and forms
- Provide support on taking over project and execution of Taking Over Certificate (TOC)
- Manage overall Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and notify when extensions/procurement activities are needed
- Contractually manage final account and close-out of all project awards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Around 3-8 years’ experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent in construction
- MSc Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or strong engineering background
- Fluent in English and Italian (B2/C1), both spoken and written
- Direct experience in Data Center construction is a strong plus
- Knowledge of international construction standards and practices
- Experience supporting sourcing, procurement and contracts management for large-scale construction programs
- Experience in General Contractor companies is a plus
- Experience supporting Global Clients on International projects is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and flexible, with initiative
- Ability to maintain productivity in remote/hybrid work scenarios
