Field Service Engineer – Fast‑Track Graduate Program
This role serves as the direct liaison with customers, working closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment.
Digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques are used for troubleshooting, and preventative and corrective maintenance is performed on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.

- Full‑time, 25% travel, no relocation eligibility
Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct liaison with customers, installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment.
- Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
- Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Systematically troubleshoot and eliminate faults in the systems.
- On‑site installation and support of advanced electro‑mechanical and electronic wafer fabrication production equipment.
Qualifications
- Graduation with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, information systems, or related field (or recent graduate).
- Advanced level of English and proficient Italian.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a trust‑building mindset.
- Ability to exercise judgement based on data analysis of plant documentation, schematics, and hardware data.
- Problem‑solving skills using multiple tools to resolve machine performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Program Details
The Fast‑Track Graduate Program for Field Service Engineers in Europe lasts six months and is aimed at ambitious new graduates.
It includes theoretical and practical knowledge transfer, international placements, on‑the‑job training, and support from local buddies, team colleagues, and managers.
Long‑term opportunities are available at European sites with potential for specialisation.
