Overview
As Director of Food & Beverage, you lead the strategic F&B and culinary operations across Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining, and Banquets/Events. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you shape departmental and brand service strategies to meet guest needs and drive financial performance. You’ll partner with property leadership to deliver ROI, elevate service excellence, and foster a high-performing, engaged team. Responsabilità
- Provide strategic leadership for F&B/culinary across all outlets and events
- Develop and implement departmental and brand service strategies aligned with brand initiatives
- Drive revenue growth and maximize financial performance of the F&B department
- Develop property-wide strategies to meet target customer needs and enhance employee satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to cash and liquor policies and maintain profit margins without compromising guest experience
- Oversee budget development and management, monitor sales, and act on KPIs and quality metrics
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop teams, motivating staff and maintaining high standards of service excellence
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in 5* luxury hotels
- Knowledge of Marriott standards and policies
- Previous managerial experience with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to foster a culture of quality, accountability, and attention to detail
- Track record of driving continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to interpret guest feedback, KPIs, and quality metrics
- Fluent Italian and English; French is a plus
