Overview
In this role you support Group Holding General Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You collaborate with affiliates, Shared Service Center and external partners to close monthly books, manage intercompany processes, and contribute to audits. You also drive Finance Transformation initiatives by testing and implementing automated solutions. This is a hands-on position anchored in strong accounting controls within a multinational context, offering opportunities to influence process improvements and system changes. You will work in a global, growth-oriented environment with a start-up mindset.

Responsabilità
- Manage General Accounting tasks for the Group Holding, including intercompany recharges via Intercompany Orchestrator and adherence to One Procurement timelines
- Execute month-end activities: reconciliations, variation analysis, accruals, currency revaluations and journal entries
- Monitor IT in EDI flows and promptly detect issues
- Reconcile Transfer Price Policy application between corporate and local branches with Global Tax
- Coordinate profit in stock reconciliations with Global Consolidation Team
- Support tax obligations and related reporting
- Coordinate and monitor Shared Service Center activities (supplier statements, overdue items, payments)
- Support testing and integration of new countries into the One Procurement Model
- Identify and suggest improvements in administrative-financial tasks and automate processes in Oracle
- Contribute to acquisitions integrations through design, testing and implementation of new solutions and monitoring controls
- Maintain documented accounting policies to ensure compliance with Law 262/2005
- Support audits with schedules, responses, and documentation for Board of Statutory Auditors
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of financial accounting experience in multinational companies
- Experience in manufacturing or product-based multinationals preferred
- Educational background in accounting
- Proficient English for interaction with foreign affiliates
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Spanish language knowledge preferred but not required
- Excellent relationship and reliability, flexibility, initiative, and team leadership
