Overview
As a Senior Project Engineering Manager, you will lead the deployment of engineering solutions in AMZL delivery stations in Italy and possibly across Europe. You’ll own full project lifecycles from planning and vendor coordination to installation and handover, driving standardization and automation improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, optimize schedules, and deliver on time, budget, and quality. This role offers the chance to shape the expansion and retrofit program within a customer-focused logistics network.

Responsabilità
- Manage deployment projects for AMZL delivery stations, including greenfield launches, MHE re-layouts, and retrofits of automated solutions
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from ordering to SAT and handover to internal customers
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders; validate designs and requirements and address deficiencies
- Identify process/standards inefficiencies and drive improvements with relevant teams
- Monitor site progress daily, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with schedules and standards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or equivalent
- Experience applying lean principles or Six Sigma to drive process improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Proven program or project management experience
- MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight or similar
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across diverse groups and leadership
- Experience analyzing data and producing leadership-ready reports
- Fluency in Italian and English at C1 level or above
