In this ICQA Area Manager role, you lead the fulfillment center's inventory control and quality assurance teams to uphold accuracy and operational excellence. You align with network strategies, drive safety and process improvements, and coach a diverse group of hourly Associates. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and developing future FC leaders. You will shape inventory integrity and customer satisfaction through measurable results and active leadership.

Responsabilità
- Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates (Team Leads and Data Analyst) in inventory control, quality assurance and problem-solving operations.
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance and problem-solving in line with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance.
- Conduct shift planning, forecasting, and direct work assignments.
- Oversee projects to streamline processes, raise quality, and boost productivity.
- Review KPIs regularly and perform quality analyses affecting inventory integrity and customer experience.
- Develop FC process knowledge for continuous improvement with operations management.
- Assist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates to build the next generation of leaders.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
- Experience in data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
- Proficient in local language and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Experience leading teams
