Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team seeks a senior labor relations leader to own and shape our regional LR strategy, drive programmatic excellence, and elevate the employee experience across EMEA.

Reporting to the EMEA LR leader, you'll set strategic direction, contribute to cross‑regional LR programmes and capability development, and drive outcomes that balance employee trust with business velocity at scale.
