Join our dynamic Design and Construction Execution team and become a pivotal part of Amazon's infrastructure expansion across Europe.

You'll play a critical role in transforming project concepts into reality, supporting the development of delivery stations and fulfillment centers that power our global logistics network.

The role could be based in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan or Paris with 50% of time traveling either domestically within the country or to other EMEA countries.

The applicable collective agreement for this role is Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector.

The position is classified at level 2 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.

• Key job responsibilities
• Support end-to-end project delivery from initial concept through final construction
• Assist in preparing comprehensive project budgets and detailed schedules
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems
• Apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and hands-on project coordination.

You might start by reviewing permit applications, then transition to construction site visits, engaging with contractors, and tracking project milestones.

• Basic Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or Country equivalent
• Experience in construction management
• Analytical and organizational capabilities
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Experience in construction or design
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience with documentation systems
• Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus
• French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.

The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis.

For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.

Amazon's package may include a sign on payment.

In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon. com Inc. in USA.

Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
