Overview
In this role you will lead RAMS analysis and deployment for rolling stock projects to ensure safety, reliability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to shape RAMS solutions that meet regulatory and customer expectations. The position combines technical RAMS work with project management across tender, development, delivery and warranty phases. You will use data-driven methods and innovative tools to monitor and improve RAMS performance, contributing to Alstom’s mission of safe, sustainable mobility.

Responsabilità
- Define and deploy RAMS processes for rolling-stock projects
- Be the main RAMS contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and manage RAMS work-packages across projects
- Support design of technical solutions meeting RAMS performance and regulations
- Advise other functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Use data-oriented and predictive tools for RAMS analyses
- Propose innovative tools, methods and products to monitor and improve RAMS performance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, energy & nuclear engineering or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including with customers
- Fluent in English
- 5 years of experience in railway rolling-stock, automotive or avionic industry (vehicle level)
- RAMS experience is preferred; strong railway product knowledge with motivation to join RAMS is acceptable if training is provided by Alstom
