Overview
In this role, you lead on-site installation activities for rail projects, ensuring alignment with the Project Installation Management Plan. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work and manage subcontractors, while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll solve field challenges, keeping installation timelines on track and contributing to greener, smarter mobility. This is a hands-on role with industry-wide impact in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

- Supervise on-site installation activities to ensure alignment with the Project Installation Management Plan
- Ensure installation work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align installation with project timelines
- Manage and organize subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
Requisiti fondamentali
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations in an engineering environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to plan and schedule complex activities
- Availability to work on-site extensively (approximately 90%)
