Overview

In this role, you will plan and optimize depot maintenance activities to ensure timely servicing of trains. You will coordinate with workshop, retrofit, engineering and external teams to align on schedules and priorities. You’ll monitor workload, tool needs, and KPIs to maximize production efficiency and minimize delays. You’ll report status, analyze root causes of delays, and implement improvements to sustain high planning performance. Responsabilità

  • Plan and prioritize depot maintenance activities and schedules
  • Report maintenance status and follow-up, keeping production teams informed
  • Interface with maintenance leaders, retrofit, engineering and external teams
  • Supervise/coordinate maintenance activities in the workshop according to fixed time slots
  • Monitor workshop infrastructure and tool availability
  • Verify compliance with maintenance time slots and departure/arrival times
  • Create and release notifications and service orders for corrective/preventive work
  • Analyze delays and root causes to improve future performance
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and monitor KPIs to optimize workload
  • Attend contingency/planning meetings and propose improvements
  • Identify backup solutions to meet KPI targets
  • Measure planning efficiency and pursue continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Engineering Degree or related fields
  • At least 3 years in process supervision/management in a production environment
  • Experience in planning (railway, aviation or production)
  • Strong maintenance process knowledge
  • Rotating three-shift availability
  • Experience with ECM management; railway/train system knowledge; ECM rules are a plus
  • Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Flexibility and resilience in critical situations
  • Decision-making ability and sense of urgency
  • Good knowledge of English and Local Language
