Overview
In this role you own the Configuration and Change Management for projects at the Savigliano site, ensuring accurate, traceable deliveries and consistent application of CCM processes. You lead CCM activities, organize Change Boards, and ensure stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle. You will apply CCM standards, manage access to tools, and drive continuous improvement of configuration practices. The position sits at the intersection of engineering, project management, and international collaboration, contributing to dependable rail solutions and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape project outcomes and deliver sustainable local impact.
Responsabilità
- Lead CCM activities for a project and ensure adherence to CMP and CCM procedures
- Ensure use of applicable CCM tools and manage access rights
- Organize and chair Change Boards
- Verify Change Requests for completeness, correctness, and timely delivery
- Monitor Change requests and align project stakeholders on changes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Knowledge of Configuration & Change Management
- Knowledge of BPM, PM, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management and Document Control in relation to CCM
- Experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of railway products and signalling/telecom systems
- Knowledge of CCM tools
- Ability to communicate with all project stakeholders
- Good English language skills
- Systematic, rigorous, proactive and organized with attention to detail
- Contributes to process and standards improvements
- Team player with strong results orientation and multi-tasking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
