Overview

In this role you conduct Logistic Support Analyses for ISR work-packages on new build projects, coordinating LSA activities across projects. You influence maintenance-friendly design and predictive maintenance readiness, ensuring services support from the design phase. You work with cross-functional teams to consolidate requirements, monitor LSA scope, and deliver KPI-driven insights to improve lifecycle costs. The position offers international exposure within a global mobility leader driving sustainable, smart transport solutions.

Responsabilità

  • Lead LSA process implementation and deliver contractual LSA outputs on projects
  • Consolidate customer requirements with reference libraries and develop an LSA management plan
  • Execute LSA studies and deliverables across project phases per the plan
  • Monitor LSA scope, planning, cost and quality and report to project leads and management
  • Coordinate with other teams for LSA process integration and interface management
  • Validate supplier commitments (deliverables, costs, maintenance and LCC performance) and escalate as needed
  • Ensure consistency of ISR package components (spare parts, maintenance docs, pricing) for LCC goals
  • Support ISR Design Reviews and work-package reviews for LSA
  • Produce LSA KPI dashboards aligned with Product Line Services and LCC focus
  • Drive life-cycle cost achievements and escalate when targets are at risk
  • Capitalize data to improve QCD on future projects

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Engineering degree (minimum)
  • Minimum 2 years experience for LSA Senior Engineer or 4 years for LSA Project Lead Engineer
  • Technical knowledge on maintainability and LCC (life cycle cost)
  • Experience in LSA processes, standards and tools
  • Direct customer interfacing experience
  • English working level; additional languages a plus
  • Nice-to-have: Rolling stock maintenance or Signalling/Infrastructure maintenance engineering background
  • Project management knowledge
  • RAMS/Design Engineering knowledge (desired)
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Experience in RAMS (desired)
