All Interests Aligned is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner) in Italy to lead acquisition and hands-on management of a family-owned SME facing succession challenges. You will join AIA's MBI program with investors backing you to become CEO-owner of the business.
You will oversee origination, deal closing, transition, operation, and exit, with governance, reporting, and a growth plan supported by AIA's team across all stages of the process.
