Overview
In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead the PMO’s initiatives to boost operational efficiency and governance across healthcare projects. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget. The position offers ownership of medium-to-large initiatives within a collaborative, global environment. You will shape governance, implement new tools, and drive data-driven improvements that align with Alira Health’s mission and values.
Responsabilità
- PMO operations development: shape and implement operational plans aligned with strategic goals
- Own and refine PMO metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and guide leadership decisions
- Design frameworks for internal governance and accountability across projects
- Lead medium- to large-scale projects and coordinate across stakeholders
- Create project charters, timelines, and reports ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
- Use KPIs to assess initiative success and drive improvements
- Drive process optimization using lean and agile methodologies
- Identify and roll out new tools/technologies to enhance efficiency
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder communication and escalation as needed
- Create client governance frameworks to improve stakeholder satisfaction
- Present performance and updates to leadership with recommendations
- Mentor team members and contribute to PMO professional development
- Oversee IT project portfolio alignment with organizational goals and governance standards
- Define and track IT KPIs; manage requirements with Business Process Owners
- Ensure IT projects comply with security and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate PMO, Operations, and IT to integrate tools and technologies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4–5 years of project management/operations experience
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one business software solution (ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS)
- Experience with ERP/PSA/HRIS/CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Unit4, OpenAir, SAP, Workday, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- English proficiency (advanced); additional languages a plus
- Experience with lean, PMP, or agile methodologies
- Ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- International team experience preferred
- Location: Barcelona, Spain with in-office requirements
