Operations Support

Overview

In this role you contribute to safe, efficient, and quality-driven production of advanced vacuum systems. You will perform hands-on assembly, welding, machining, and packaging, working closely with the Manufacturing team to uphold strict quality standards. You’ll use SAP ME POD to record steps and quality checks, helping to ensure reliable, high-precision vacuum products. Responsabilità

• Assemble, weld (TIG), machine, and package components using documented work instructions
• Assemble finished vacuum products with precision
• Conduct thorough product and component testing to meet quality standards
• Operate within the precision machining center and perform sheet-metal TIG welding
• Package products and components for safe storage and transit
• Record production steps in SAP ME POD and perform in-process quality checks and defect tracking

Requisiti fondamentali

• Entry-level eligible with no prior manufacturing experience required
• Willingness to learn assembly, packaging, welding, or machining on the job
• Strong manual dexterity for small parts
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use SAP ME POD
• Ability to read and follow Work Instructions and process docs
• High attention to detail and quality mindset
• Good communication, teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to priorities
