Overview
In this role you will empower internal teams and dealers by delivering market-focused product training and persuasive demonstrations of FENDT combine harvesters. You collaborate with distribution partners to tailor training, enable dealers to showcase and install equipment, and support early usage and optimisation in the field. You will plan and run events like launches and field days, and provide VIP-level technical and personal support during factory visits. This position combines technical product knowledge with hands-on training across Central Europe, with travel and cross-functional coordination at its core.

Responsabilità
- Support internal teams and dealers with market-oriented product argumentation.
- Conduct product, sales and driver training.
- Present FENDT combine harvesters and advise customers during demos and field days with distribution partners.
- Adapt training concepts to market needs and implement regionally.
- Enable dealers to perform demos and installations in line with brand image.
- Support dealers and end-customers with initial field use and machine optimisation during harvest season.
- Plan and support events such as new product launches, local trade fairs and field days.
- Provide technical and personal support for VIP visitors during factory visits.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/experience
- Detailed product knowledge about combine harvesters
- Proficiency with modern presentation techniques
- Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of English; second language beneficial
