Overview
In this role, you will lead and support business transformation initiatives to optimize operating models and service delivery. You will work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will analyze processes and apply data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to boost performance. You will facilitate workshops and prepare executive-level recommendations to guide decision-making. You will also contribute to GCC, Shared Services, and GBS initiatives, supporting capability development and governance in a global context.

- Lead and support transformation initiatives to optimize operating models, governance, and service delivery
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, manage change, and drive measurable outcomes
- Analyze processes, identify opportunities, and apply data, AI, automation, and digital tech to improve performance
- Facilitate workshops and prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Support GCC, Shared Services, and GBS initiatives through capability development and governance
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, GBS, or change management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Interest in enterprise transformation, GCC, AI-enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models
- Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset
