We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Italy on a maternity cover contract.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across a variety of business functions. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other talent channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates, identifying the best talent for current and future business needs.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR colleagues & hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Support employer branding, university engagement, networking activities, and recruitment events.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, either in-house or within an agency environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
  • Experience working within a multinational or matrix organization.
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience working with external recruitment agencies and suppliers.
