Overview
As a leader in ABB's Enterprise Architecture, you will shape the integrated ABB architecture landscape across domains. You will set strategic direction and guardrails for APIs, events, messaging and platform integration, enabling local autonomy while ensuring consistency and security. You will translate ABB goals into a scalable, secure integration roadmap and oversee architectural reviews. This role operates across enterprise levels, balancing governance with delivery speed, and offers a hybrid work model.

Responsabilità
- Direct enterprise integration strategy and processes to embed architectural change across the organization
- Develop and maintain ABB-wide architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines
- Assess existing IT environment and define future-state architecture; oversee design reviews
- Monitor compliance of the architecture landscape and inform cross-ABB roadmaps
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years in architecture roles with strong enterprise integration experience in large, decentralized organizations
- Experience with API-led and event-driven architectures at scale
- Ability to operate in governance-heavy environments without slowing delivery
- Technical expertise in API Management (REST, GraphQL, Async APIs), messaging/integration platforms, multi-cloud/hybrid integration, domain-driven design and security patterns for integration
- Strong understanding of EA domains (business, application, data, technology)
- Strategic thinking with execution focus; excellent communication and facilitation for C-suite and engineering teams
