Overview
In this role you will support planning and fulfillment processes to improve on-time delivery and optimize inventory. You’ll manage plant-level MRP to align production with schedules, work with Buyers to enhance supplier performance, and help define inventory policies through material segmentation. The position sits within ABB’s Distribution Solutions division, contributing to lean, reliable operations. You will collaborate across teams in a hybrid work model, delivering measurable impact on the supply chain.

Responsabilità
- Execute daily MRP to create and manage production requirements to meet delivery schedules
- Monitor schedule adherence, identify root causes of deviations, and implement improvements
- Support material availability alignment to production targets and manage stock segmentation (ABC/XYZ) and lifecycle
- Collaborate with Buyers to improve supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility
- Support inventory targets through purchase orders and replenishment
- Manage MRP exception messages daily and assist with cycle counting/year-end inventory counting
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI considered a plus)
- Ownership, problem-solving attitude, proactive approach
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Italian and English proficiency
- Experience in automotive or white goods preferred
