Overview
In this role you will support data center operators by creating competitive field services proposals for critical infrastructure, focusing on power delivery, utilization, and automation. You will work with Data Center Key Account Managers to identify value-added service solutions and tailor offerings such as Start-Up & Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, power upgrades, arc flash mitigation, and 24/7 service agreements. You will operate in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, leveraging field service experience and strong communication to drive uptime and service value. Responsabilità
- Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations considering product mix, technical and commercial factors
- Ensure tenders are well-documented with complete costs and detail
- Lead and manage the planning of technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids and quotations
- Manage documentation of offers/orders, track assumptions and decisions, and report bid status regularly
- Coordinate collection and archiving of bid-related documents and decisions
- Interface with internal and external customers to align on terms and conditions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business
- 12+ years in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically
- Experience with industrial power delivery and/or power distribution, preferably in data centers
- Technical experience with data center customers and processes
- Ability to interface closely with customers
- Experience with contract terms and conditions or execution
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
